My role aligns with the INSHPO Global OHS Capability Framework as an OHS Professional Level 2, moving into Level 3. I design safety strategy, integrate hazard control into business operations, and provide leadership development and culture change mechanisms for small service-based enterprises — specifically in the pet-care sector where this capability has not yet formally existed.
